Yeah, cool...my first. Just wanted to chronicle my Life a bit. Mostly so I could read it. I mean Rocker, Chess player, Corporate guy, RV'r, drinker...
I was thinking it would be cool to chronicle my Help Desk/Customer service experiences first. So, that's what I'll do....periodically.

No doubt I'll digress to my Rock star days, but, yeah...Help Desk Guy first BD.....
